Here you will find our Feline Specific Pre-Consultation Questionnaire, some basic clinic information and additional links to trusted resources for a little bit of extra bedtime reading if you are interested in even more information regarding your cat counterparts.
When you arrive for your consultation, be sure to ask for a “feline friendly blanket” if your cat is stressed. These blankies are sprayed with Feliway (a feel good pheromone spray) and are neutral in colour as to not put extra stress on your whiskered friends.
If your cat is super stressed, please don’t hesitate to ask to wait for your appointment in a separate room, if there is one available.
Our consultation hours are as follows:
Mondays to Fridays – 08:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 18:00
Saturdays – 08:00 – 12:00
On Sundays and public holidays our practice is closed.

You can fill this form in at your own pace right here online, or in the comfort of your own home. Once finished, you can simply email it to the clinic in advance, or hand it in to one of our receptionists on the day of your appointment.
