Description

Pro-Soothe Shampoo is a mild, non-irritating formulation containing soothing moisturisers and conditioning agents with oatmeal, witch hazel, ichthammol and triclosan. Together, these skin-calming ingredients aid in providing relief from dry, itchy skin, while leaving the coat clean and fresh-smelling. Safe for use on dogs and cats, puppies and kittens as well as horses. Pro-Soothe Shampoo should be used in cases where pets scratch themselves excessively and suffer from dry, itchy, irritated skin. With its humectants and soothing properties, Pro-Soothe Shampoo can be used as often as necessary. Regular use won’t affect skin and coat adversely.

• Ichthammol: aids in reducing red and itchy skin.
• Colloidal oatmeal: coats the skin and moisturises, softens and helps soothe its itchy, dry condition.
• Witch hazel: has soothing properties and will calm irritated skin.
• Glycerin: a moisturiser with hygroscopic action, drawing moisture from the environment onto the skin and hydrating the epidermal layer.
• Triclosan: enhances the mildness of surfactants on the skin.

Storage: Store in a cool place (below 25°C).

Directions for use

Shake the bottle. Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water. Apply sufficient shampoo to work up a mild lather. Work the shampoo into the coat and leave on for 5 – 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Always dry animals thoroughly after washing and avoid getting shampoo into the eyes. Repeat as often as required and as directed by the veterinarian.

Composition

Witch hazel 10%, glycerin 5%, colloidal oatmeal 2%, ichthammol 0.6% and triclosan 0.2% in a non-irritating, pH-neutral shampoo base.
