Does your dog have a stellar, calm and loving personality, weighing in at more than 20 – 25 kg? Then they are the perfect candidate to become a blood donor.
The blood that your pooch donates will be used to save the lives of others, much like in the human world!
The procedure is short and very safe, not to mention the fact that your pet will be a superhero. Not all heroes wear capes!
To become a part of this incredible program, simply download the registration form below, fill it in on your own time, then email it back to one of the email addresses listed below, or hand it in to reception with your next visit. These forms are available as hard copies at the clinic as well.
