When you arrive for your consultation, be sure to have your pup on a leash at all times and try not to have them greet any of the other pets head-on. This can cause a lot of stress to our other visitors and their pet parents.

If your pup is super stressed in the waiting room, please don’t hesitate to ask to wait for your appointment in a separate room, if there is one available.

We have well-established connections with excellent specialist veterinarians we are readily able to refer your pet to should we not be adequately equipped to help with a more advanced problem.
